Infinite Stratos Rule 60

Rules of Anime #60: For comedy, a male character can attract female characters while not actively pursuing to begin with. While if the male character does pursue he gets no attention. But in this series I considered that the 'guy goes to all girl school' trope going a little bit too much. As every background character here, in this picture alone, are somewhat interested in the male lead.
